My blood clots weren't small, when my body clotted it would clot up half or most of my arteries & veins
I have been studied, I do not have factor V clotting disordor.
1974 I got into 3 accidents when I was 14 years old.
It caused Blood Clots to both lungs.
At age 28 (1990), I got pregnant and it start all over again. HELLP Syndrome, Blood Clots to both lungs “again” and now a new diagnosis “Pulmonary Hypertension”! It’s a long story with no health care Doctors not knowing how to handle my case. I had to study it myself! Got “Medical Journals” and then called for help. In 1996 “Pulmonary Thromboendarterectomy (PTE)”, surgery to remove a “complete blockage of the pulmonary artery. I found out it had been blocked for over 20 years!
In 2008 my stomach started to swell. It look like I was pregnant! I was hurting, "I was dying". Long story short my IVC Vein down to both legs to both feet clotted with one big blood clot. Again no one to help me. In 2010 a surgeon performed - Endovascular Stenting. Which means “I had stents place in me from my IVC Vein down to both legs to below my knees”. to open up blood flow to my body!
How do I do it!
I don’t know any other kind of life. Its always been survival. When I was little girl was my first experience with the “unknown”! It’s been with me all through my life. It even helps me through the “worst-of-times” taking me out of my body to rest from all the pain I was in. My life is so different from all of you. I see and feel things you don’t. I don’t cry. I don’t know how! But I do love life and life gives back to me. Come in and I’ll show you, through the “Eyes of my Camera”.
NOTE: I WAS TRAUMATIZED AS A BABY AND I COULD NOT SPEAK. I USED MY HANDS AND ARMS TO SPEAK AND MAKE GESTURES. BY AGE 7 TO AGE 13, I WAS TAUGHT SIGN LANGUAGE. TODAY I STILL USE MY ARMS & HANDS TO TALK WITH.
